1. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use the Game and the features you enable, we and our service providers may process:
- Account and profile information: your player name, account identifiers, authentication-related information, and, when provided by a sign-in provider, information such as an email address or display name. Guest accounts may use device- or installation-associated identifiers.
- Gameplay information: progress, levels, rankings, scores, achievements, match results, virtual items, and other information needed to operate multiplayer gameplay and player profiles.
- Technical and diagnostic information: device model, operating system, app version, approximate network information such as IP address, crash reports, error logs, and performance data.
- Usage and analytics information: app interactions, gameplay events, session activity, and other aggregated or pseudonymous usage measurements used to understand and improve the Game.
- Advertising and transaction information: ad impressions, rewarded-ad completion events, purchase status, transaction identifiers, and entitlement information as needed to provide ads, rewards, and purchased content. Advertising partners may process device or advertising identifiers where permitted.
Information collected depends on your device, privacy settings, applicable permissions, and the services actually enabled in the Game.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to operate the Game; authenticate accounts; provide multiplayer services; save progress; deliver purchases and rewards; detect abuse and maintain security; diagnose crashes; measure performance and gameplay engagement; respond to support requests; and improve the player experience. Where applicable, we also use information to display and measure advertising and to comply with legal obligations.
3. Analytics and Crash Reporting
We use Google Firebase services, including Firebase Analytics and, where enabled, crash reporting, to understand Game usage, monitor stability, troubleshoot issues, and improve functionality. These services may process device information, app events, identifiers, and diagnostic information in accordance with their applicable terms and privacy practices.
4. Advertisements
The Game may display advertisements, including optional rewarded video ads. Advertising partners may collect or receive technical information, ad interaction data, and identifiers to deliver, measure, limit, and, where permitted, personalize ads. Reward completion may be recorded so that the Game can grant the appropriate in-game reward. Your available consent and advertising choices depend on your region, device settings, and the advertising services used.
5. In-App Purchases
The Game may offer optional purchases of virtual goods or other in-game content. Payments are processed by the relevant app store or payment platform, not directly by Gamedeus. We may receive transaction or entitlement details necessary to validate purchases, deliver content, handle support requests, and prevent fraud. We do not receive your full payment-card number from the app store.
6. Sign-In and Multiplayer Services
Depending on your platform, the Game may support guest access or sign-in through third-party identity providers, such as Google, Apple, or Epic Games. These providers process sign-in information under their own privacy policies. Online multiplayer and account services may process player identifiers, matchmaking information, and gameplay-related data to provide the Game.
7. Third-Party Services and Sharing
We may share or make information available to service providers that help us deliver authentication, multiplayer connectivity, hosting, analytics, diagnostics, advertising, and purchases. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a legitimate business transfer. The information shared is limited to what is appropriate for the relevant purpose, subject to applicable law.
Relevant third-party privacy information includes Google's Privacy Policy, Firebase Privacy and Security, Apple's Privacy Policy, and Epic Games' Privacy Policy. Additional advertising providers should be identified here once the production integration is confirmed.
8. Data Retention and Security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Game, maintain player accounts, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect our services. Retention periods depend on the type of information and purpose. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
9. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
You may be able to control advertising personalization and tracking through your device settings or in-game consent options, where offered. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or other restrictions relating to your personal information. We may need to verify your request before acting on it, and some information may need to be retained where legally required.
10. Children's Privacy
Unrest is not directed to children under 13, or under the applicable minimum age for digital consent in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information improperly, please contact us so we can review the situation and take appropriate action.
11. International Data Processing
Our service providers may process information in countries other than your country of residence. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for international transfers under applicable law.
