One visit to a clinic changes everything.

In a remote seaside town, a doctor facing an existential crisis receives a visit from a noblewoman. What follows is a desperate pursuit, while a relentless frenzy turns familiar faces into threats.

Linda Nicholson arrives at the clinic seeking the doctor's help. An encounter becomes the beginning of a pursuit neither the town nor its doctor can escape unchanged.
